State police at the Bethlehem barracks reported the following incidents:

• Shayna Czura, 44, of Effort, is facing charges of retail theft (shoplifting) and possession of a controlled substance after police were called to the Target store on Airport Road, Hanover Township, at 7:57 p.m. Feb. 16.

Police said she was caught stealing various apparel and toys valued at $360.47.

While being detained, she was found to be in possession of drugs, according to police.

• Police said that they were called to Route 873 in Washington Township at 12:44 p.m. Jan. 30 after receiving a child welfare report of harassment by physical contact.

The incident involved a 6-year-old Slatington boy, whom police listed as the victim.
