Monroe County Departments

The Monroe County Commissioners approved the following items for county departments during their meeting on Wednesday:

• Children and Youth Services — Purchase of Service Agreements from July 1, 2025 to June 30 — Community Specialists Corp, doing business as the Academy, contract limit of $100,000 for residential treatment; Summit School, dba Summit Academy, contract limit $275,000 for residential treatment; Strong Bonds Group Living LLC, contract limit $200,000 for group home; Lighthouse Family Youth Agency, contract limit $200,000 for group home; Northampton County Juvenile Justice Center, contract limit $880,000 for secure detention program; Taylor & Talyor Group Home LLC, contract limit $150,000 for residential group home;

• Monroe County Control Center — The 2025 Statewide Interconnectivity Grant Agreement with Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 in the amount of $857,950.73;

• Monroe County Controller — Agreement with ADP for additional management reports, $728 per year, required for retirement calculations;

• Monroe County Correctional Facility — Two Range Rental Contract and Billing Agreement with Blue Ridge Cherry Valley Rod and Gun Club Inc. from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, for $3,000 and $600;

• Information Technology and Services — Statement of work with Paperless Solutions Inc. for CourtPro case management services for a five-year period. Rates as follows: Year 1, adjusted total $79,350; Year 2 subscription, $32,130; Year 3 subscription, $33,737; Year 4 subscription, $35,423; and Year 5 subscription, $37,194; professional service agreement with Tyler Technologies for financial training, $878; and 1st Amendment to Technical Services agreement with Zito Business, increasing the bandwidth between 701 Main St. and 1 Quaker Plaza, monthly cost of $1,500 for remaining contract to Aug. 27, 2027;

• Planning Commission — Changes to the Planning Commission By-Laws as approved and requested by the Planning Commission Board; and reappoint Rodger McFadden and Richard Schlameuss to the board, new terms expire Dec. 31, 2029;

• Probation — Master Services Agreement with GovAI Software Solutions LLC to provide software services, technical support, and training through Dec. 31 for $9,560, and;

• Add these vendors to the County List of Approved Vendors — Aging: Beverly J. Braxton-Cannon and Catalina Maldonado; Emergency Management: J.O.M. Electric and Jason Abusio; and District Attorney: Reliable Copy Service Inc.
