Johnny Watto and Betty Lou Black sophomore and senior students at Summit Hill High School, respectively, were crowned King and Queen during the annual March of Dimes Dance held last night in the Philip Ginter School gymnasium, Summit Hill.

In addition to crowning the king and queen, the event featured a number of dance contests.

Winners were Gina Zimardo and Marvie Gehring, who copped top honors in the waltz competition; Betty Lou Black, Martha Jane Rutch, Louis Vermillion and Betty Carnish, who were judge the top jitterbug dancers; and Kathy Maholick and Johnny Ward, named the top twisters.
