Jeremy Salazar, 18, of Jamison, was cited for public drunkenness after police were called to Blue Mountain Resort in Lower Towamensing Township at 5:10 p.m. Jan. 15.

State police at the Lehighton barracks said that Salazar appeared to be “manifestly under the influence of alcohol,” causing an annoyance at the location, 1660 Blue Mountain Drive.
