A Summit Hill business owner completed a successful holiday program to benefit the Summit Hill Food Pantry.

Marlene Basiago, owner of Helping Hand Clinic, presented Sr. Mary Florence, director of the pantry, boxes of canned goods and non-perishable food items as a result of a program she held in recent weeks.

The licensed physical and occupational therapist, who has been in business in Summit Hill for the past 2-1/2 years, offered free evaluations to people in return for donations of items for the food bank.

The program offered a friendly relationship that not only helped replenish the food bank but enabled its participants to better understand their physical problems.
