Police are investigating an assault that led to drive-by shooting late Tuesday afternoon in Lansford.
Lansford Police, Summit Hill Police, the Pennsylvania State Police forensics unit, and Carbon County detectives are investigating.
No one was injured in the incident that happened about 4 p.m. in the 300 block of West Abbott Street.
Witnesses reported a person in a blue Toyota RAV4 had fired two shots.
Officials reported that the people know each other and there is no danger to the public.
People involved in the incident have been detained, but charges have not been filed as of 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.
