The Rev. Valerie K. Reinbold was installed Sunday as pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, Bowmanstown, during an impressive service officiated by the Rev. David Strobel, Bishop of the Northeast Pennsylvania Synod.

He was assisted by the Rev. Kurt Garbe, associate to the bishop.

The new pastor, who grew up in Allentown, is a 1980 graduate of the Lutheran Theological Seminary, Gettysburg.

She comes to Bowmanstown from the Trinity Lutheran Church, Bechtelsville, where she served for two years, and previously she was the pastor of Epiphany Church, Temple, Berks County, for 15 years.
