Borough council on Monday reappointed Jason Smith as president and Owen Miller as vice president.

• Keystone Consutling Engineers, sewage enforcement officer.

• Keystone Consulting Engineers, primary zoning/code enforcement/building code officer; with Light-Heigel as alternate.

• Key Bank, Jim Thorpe Neighborhood Bank, M&T Bank, PLGIT, official depositories.
