Some people throughout the area are still without power as of 7 p.m. Saturday.
Route 902 in Mahoning Township remained closed earlier today after strong winds brought down two utility poles and lines Friday evening.
The road closure was between Strauss Valley and Leininger roads.
Here’s a look at the outages throughout the PPL coverage area:
In Carbon County, 130 are still without power, with 43 in Summit Hill and 34 are out in Palmerton.
Thirteen are without power in Mahoning Township and a handful are out in Franklin, Lower Towamensing, Packer Township, Parryville, Penn Forest and Towamensing.
Lehigh County has 700-plus without power, with some in Heidelberg and Washington townships.
Monroe County has over 1,000 without power and Northampton has 504 customers without power.
Just under 500 customers are without power in Schuylkill County, with 22 out in Rush Township and 83 in Walker.
