Joe and Debra Kay Bennett leased the former Concern building at 560 Country Club Road, Mahoning Township, to the Lehighton Cold Weather Station for a $1 through April of next year. That includes all utilities, electric, water and heat.

John Nespoli, St. Luke’s Hospital — Carbon Campus, donated all the beds. Pencor Services Inc. donated the internet and cable.

The Lehighton Cold Weather Station is being completely run on donations.
