The Panther Valley Senior Center announced the menu from Dec. 8-12.

Monday: Asian Chicken, Brown Rice, Vegetable Blend, Mandarins or Ham and Cheese Sandwich

Tuesday: Beef Stew, Potatoes, Carrots, Applesauce or Chicken Caesar Salad

Wednesday: Chicken Scampi, Pasta, Broccoli, Jello or Tuna Sandwich

Thursday: Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Vegetable Blend, Apple Slices, Cookie or Beef and Cheese Sandwich

Friday: Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Carrots, Cookie or Chicken Ranch Salad

CCTI Cosmetology Students will be here to do Hand Waxing Treatments on Dec. 8 at 10 a.m.; Birthday Bingo on Dec. 9 at 10:45 a.m.; Po-Keeno on Dec. 10 at 11 a.m.; Sunshine Meeting on Dec. 11 at 10 a.m. followed by Party Prep, Christmas Party on Dec. 12 at 10:30 a.m.

Minute to Win It on Dec. 15 at 10 a.m.; Guest Bingo with Andrea from Mahoning Valley Nursing Home on Dec. 16 at 10:30 a.m.; Drumming Exercise on Dec. 17 at 11 a.m.; Po-Keeno on Dec. 18 at 11 a.m.; Movie and Popcorn on Dec. 19 at 10 a.m.

Cards, Pool, Games available daily from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. New members are welcome.

Hometown Hero banners

The Nesquehoning Veterans Banner program is now open for 2026.

If you would like to purchase a new banner, applications are available by calling one of the contacts below. Deadline to purchase a new banner is Feb. 5, 2026.

Also, if you purchased a banner to be displayed in 2023, 2024 and 2025, you have already been contacted and provided with the renewal information. Deadline for renewals is Jan. 30, 2026.
