Ankiewicz family recognized at Marian

Marian Catholic High School, Hometown, acknowledged the Ankiewicz family recently for its contributions to the Marian Football Program. Through its construction services, Ankiewicz Enterprises Construction Services, Inc., in the past year donated tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of equipment-use and labor in helping the school rebuild its practice field for use by the Colt gridders. To acknowledge the family and its company’s contributions, Marian officially named the field in their honor. Above, former football coach and school adviser Stan Dakosty, left, presents a board naming the field to family members, from left, John, Autumn and Jack (baby) Burns, Jason Ashfield, son of Ankiewiczs, Eric Ankiewicz Jr. and business owners Eric and Erin Ankiewicz.
