Bitfarms will hold an additional community meeting regarding its proposed data center at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Nesquehoning Recreation Center.
The additional meeting is to accommodate residents who are unable to attend the earlier meetings. Those include 3 p.m. today, as well as 9 a.m. and noon Tuesday at the recreation center on West Railroad Street.
All four meetings will include a presentation and the opportunity for residents to ask questions of Bitfarms executives.
The company is proposing constructing a data center on lands adjacent to its Panther Creek Power Plant operation on the western side of Nesquehoning.
