Mahoning Township supervisors took the following actions on Wednesday:

• Approved the Sage Meadows letter of credit in the amount of $55,660, and amendment to the development agreement.

• Approved the Summit Ridge letter of credit in the amount of $156,281, and amendment to the development agreement.

• Accepted the resignation of Robert Slaw from the Mahoning Township Police Committee and appointed Carol Etheridge to the police committee.

• Tabled the Mahoning Valley Fire Company License Agreement.

• Granted the final minor land development over lands of Melo Enterprises LLC (Ashtown Drive Solar) an extension letter requesting time until Feb. 11, 2026.

• Granted the Joseph & Carol Frey and Casara Weinrich lot line adjustment extension of time request until Feb. 11, 2026.

• Hired Chase Ziegenfuss as part-time winter snowplow driver.

• Agreed to advertise the sale of truck No. 36 on Municibid.

• Appointed Kirk & Suma Company, CPA, to perform the 2025 audit.

• Granted a request for fire police to provide assistance at the Carbon County Veterans Day Parade on Sunday.

• Granted a request for fire police to provide assistance at the Snowflake 5K on Dec. 13.

• Approved the 2026 fee schedules.

• Agreed to advertise 2026 meeting dates.
