Bretzger received a report that was made to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children Cyber Tip Line concerning activity between Oct. 18, 2024, and July 17, 2025, related to the possession and/or dissemination of child pornography in the 500 block of Recreation Drive in Chestnuthill Township.
A search of the cellphone through prior PSP contacts shows that the number provided to PSP during a previous incident by Marsteller, 34, shows that to be his registered address.
A search warrant was approved and served at the residence at 6 a.m. Oct. 24, at which time Marsteller was interviewed on scene.
Police found he had a secure folder on his phone and identified his bedroom as being in the basement to the right and related that he had viewed child sexual abuse materials.
