Lower Towamensing Township supervisors took the following action last week:

• Approved the CBI stormwater operation and maintenance agreement.

• Approved the George & Messinger minor subdivision time extension.

• Approved the fire company mailers postage fee. The fire company sent out newsletters and requested that the township pay $364 for the postage for mailing those newsletters.

• Approved the 2026 Municipal Memorandum of Understanding for the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System for the township’s full-time employees in the amount of $7,344.

• Agreed to hold a budget meeting at 5 p.m. Oct. 23.
