Emmaus powered to an 8-0 Eastern Pennsylvania Conference win over Pleasant Valley.

Lizzy Bender scored twice and added four assists for the Hornets, while Hannah Berk and Celeste Peralta both netted two goals apiece. Ella Scharper and Andrea Dolcemoscolo also tallied, with Dolcemoscolo converting a penalty kick.

Pleasant Valley managed four shots and got strong efforts from goalkeepers Sadie Rizzo (five saves) and Isabella Bernardo (three saves), who combined to face 16 shots on goal while the Bears battled injuries throughout the contest.

Hornets keepers Sadie Wallace and Olivia Haberl each recorded a save to share the shutout.
