During the break in entertainment at the Palmerton Community Festival, organizers took the time to honor Fred Reinhard of Pencor Services for the outstanding community services he and the company have provided for many years.

Susan Arner, chairwoman of the festival committee, presented plaques to Reinhard and the company.

Reinhard has been largely responsible for the top notch entertainment at the festival, having served as the committee’s entertainment committee chairman for the past decade.

The company was honored for having provided years of service in manpower and equipment toward the success of the festival.
