Northern Lehigh and Lehighton both split their soccer matches on Thursday, with the Bulldog boys and the Indian girls posting wins.
In volleyball action, Marian and Jim Thorpe were victorious, while Northwestern’s cross country teams both went 4-0.
Also picking up a win was Tamaqua in golf action.

Northern Lehigh-Lehighton
Northern Lehigh broke a four-game losing streak with a 3-1 Colonial League victory over Lehighton.
Michael Bauer had a pair of goals, and Ethan Moore added one for the Bulldogs.
Sawyer Hoffman netted Lehighton’s goal.

The Northwestern boys and girls both went 4-0 in a Colonial League meet involving numerous schools.
Rosalia Nestor took first in the girls race for the Tigers, posting a time of 18:34.6, while Noah Griffith paced the NW boys with a fourth-place finish.
The Palmerton boys went 2-2, paced by Conner Hibell’s second place in 16:26.32. The Bomber girls also went 2-2, led by Payten Fornaro who ended fourth.
The Pagottos — Elijah and Claudia — both placed third in their respective races for Lehighton.
