The Hometown Fire Company will host a “Paint a Door Mat” event at 6 p.m. Sept. 16.

Instructed by Tracey from Sycamore Kula, participants will use acrylic paint and have the opportunity to paint their mat in either a fall or Halloween theme. To view the mat choices, visit the Hometown Volunteer Fire Company Facebook page.

“Tracey from Sycamore Kula has been partnering with the Hometown Fire Company with seasonal children and adult paint events for years,” said Lori Kane, president of the fire company’s Ladies Auxiliary. “This is a fun way to support the Hometown Fire Company. Come with friends or come by yourself and make new ones.”

Class size is limited. There is a fee. Reservations are due by Sept. 5 by calling or texting 570-449-1776.
