The Bach and Handel Chorale, based in Jim Thorpe, is looking for interested singers as they begin their 41st year of bringing music of the masters to Carbon County and other areas.

All voice parts are welcome and needed, especially bass and tenor.

Open rehearsals will be held on Mondays, Sept. 8, 15, 22 and 29, in the chorale rehearsal room, in St. John’s Lutheran Church, 319 South Avenue, in Jim Thorpe, second floor, rear.

Rehearsals begin at 7 p.m.

Perspective members are invited to sing through the rehearsal followed by a short, easy and painless audition.

The chorale will begin preparing for their Christmas Concerts in Jim Thorpe, Tannersville and Trexlertown. Randall Douglas Perry, artistic director, serves as conductor.
