The Lumber River Quartet will present a concert of gospel music at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 7 at the Lewistown Valley Tabernacle, 614 Valley Road. The site is near Heisler’s Dairy.

The group is a well-known Southern gospel ministry that travels and ministers across the United States and Canada. Members have appeared on television and radio and are national recording artists. With smooth harmonies, live energetic style, and good Christian humor, Lumber River gives the message God has given them in hopes of seeing people everywhere come to know Jesus as their personal savior. All are welcome.
