Marian names head of school search committee

The Marian Catholic High School Board of Directors announces the formation of a diverse and inclusive Search Committee tasked with identifying the next Head of School.

This important leadership position is targeted to begin by July 2026, or sooner, depending on mutual agreement. This national search is aimed at attracting exceptional candidates who are committed to advancing Marian’s mission and values.

The committee seeks a visionary leader who will honor Marian’s long-standing traditions, inspire academic and spiritual growth, and build upon our history of success in both cocurricular and extracurricular pursuits.

The search committee, which includes alumni, families, faculty, staff, clergy, benefactors, and community leaders, will oversee a transparent and comprehensive recruitment process. This will include collecting feedback and insights from across the Marian community, ensuring that all voices are heard in shaping the future leadership. This process will culminate in identifying a strong pool of semifinalists, with in-depth interviews leading to the selection of finalists.

“We are committed to a thoughtful, inclusive, and transparent search process,” said Sr. Rose Mulligan, cochair of the Search Committee. “Listening to the voices of those who hold Marian close to their hearts is critical as we seek a leader who will steward our school into its next chapter — upholding our traditions while guiding us toward a vibrant future.”
