The Walnutport Police Department reported it has received some notifications that a group of people have been going around to local businesses and using counterfeit $100 bills.

According to police, the people in the picture were at Dollar Tree on July 9, and each one allegedly purchased a gift card with a counterfeit $100 bill. The police are asking the public that if they see these people in a store to contact the local communications center and give the dispatcher as much description of the people as possible. Try to get a description of their vehicle, the license plate number, and the direction of their travel.

If a business has been victimized with counterfeit money, the police ask that it contacts them immediately.
