On Friday, the Coastal Cravings food truck will be in the parking lot of First Northern Bank to benefit the Palmerton food pantry.

The First Northern bank is hosting the event.

People are asked to bring nonperishable food items to help stock the shelves at the food pantry. Current needs include cereal, canned vegetables, canned soup, tuna and canned fruit.
