Kevin R. Weaver was one of 35 masters’s and doctoral were among 35 outstanding master’s and doctoral degree graduates recognized at the University of Scranton graduate commencement events the weekend of May 16-18, at Mohegan Arena at Casey Plaza, Wilkes-Barre.

Weaver, of Walnutport, received the outstanding student award for healthcare management.
