Several people were injured Wednesday afternoon when involved in a crash in Tamaqua. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. in the 1100 block of East Broad St., involving two vehicles with a reported one serious injury. The victims were treated at the scene by members of the Tamaqua ambulance and Lehighton paramedics before being transported to a nearby trauma center. Tamaqua police investigating the incident.
