St. John’s Lutheran Church, 319 South Ave., in Jim Thorpe is preparing for its annual clothing giveaway for 2025. All items are free of charge and there is a wide variety of children’s, women’s, men’s clothing, shoes and outerwear along with assorted items. The dates and times are: Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m; Monday, June 23 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (the only evening hours); Tuesday, June 24 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. and Wednesday, June 25 from 10 a.m. to 3 pm. There is parking in the lot across from the church and on street parking. The giveaway is located in the lower level fellowship hall. All are welcome.
