Palmerton’s Logan Anthony recently announced he would be continuing his academic and athletic careers at Division 1 Rutgers University, where he will play football.

Anthony was selected to the Pa. Football Writers’ Class 3A All State Team and was a First Team selection on the PFC Coaches-Select All State squad this past fall, when he had 59 pancake blocks and was named the Times News Offensive Lineman of the Year.

A three-sport athlete who excels in basketball and track and field, Anthony was also a First Team selection at both guard and defensive tackle on the Colonial League All Star team this past fall.
