• Prison board appointments, Samiyyah M. Banks of Tobyhanna, corrections officer, effective June 2; and Jordan A. Bonet of Allentown, corrections officer, effective May 19.

• Hires: Thomas A. Berger of Palmerton, seasonal park ranger II, effective June 7; Sharon L. Coll Dolinsky of Weatherly, tax collector, Lausanne Township, effective May 5; Cassondra E.
