Community comes out for Tamaqua’s day

The first Tamaqua Community Day brought folks together to enjoy walking, fishing, crafting, live music, food and more.
Held at the Owl Creek Reservoir on Saturday, the event was organized by the Tamaqua Area Chamber of Commerce with assistance from the Owl Creek Reservoir Commission and Explore Schuylkill.
Despite off and on rain showers, a hefty crowd came out to enjoy the many free activities at Tamaqua Community Day.
