East Stroudsburg University students studying hospitality, recreation and tourism management recently visited Indian Valley Country Club, in Telford, for a behind-the-scenes look at the operations of a private member-owned club.

Local students participating included Matthew Wolski of Effort; Alana Beharry and Gabriella Bryant of Saylorsburg; and Alexandra Benedict of Walnutport.

East Stroudsburg University, with more than 50,000 students enrolled, offers 49 undergraduate programs, 20 master’s programs and two doctoral programs.
