It’s the final day of competition in the 2025 Carbon County Senior Games and South Carbon County seniors continues to lead.
After five days of competition, Lehighton and Palmerton have a combined score of 420; while North Carbon County seniors, made up of Jim Thorpe, Panther Valley and Weatherly, are hanging in there with a combined score of 237.
This week’s events were switched around due to the weather, with bowling being shifted until Tuesday. Miniature golf, which had originally been scheduled for Friday but postponed because of the weather, has been canceled because rain is in the forecast for Thursday.
