Lansford Alive will be holding a fall cleanup of the town from 9 a.m.-noon Saturday.

Volunteers will meet in Kennedy Park, and gloves, vests and bags will be provided by the state Department of Transportation.

All residents are invited to come out and join the effort to keep the community clean.

Water and light refreshments will be provided, and those participating will receive a voucher to be redeemed in local restaurants as a thank you for the help.

The rain date for the event is Oct. 26, also from 9 a.m.-noon.
