Judge Charles M. Miller dissolved the bench warrant against him and sentenced Whitley to $10,000 percentage cash bail and forbade him from having or using alcoholic beverages, controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. Whitley is to stay at the address he gave the judge and not move without permission. He was forbidden from traveling out of state without permission.Judith A. He also ordered her to pay all fines, fees and court costs.
