The West Penn Township Police Department released its July activities report.

During the month, police patrolled 6,737 miles, and issued 173 traffic citations and 22 warnings. Police responded to nine motor vehicle crashes and received 120 calls. Police were dispatched 260 times and made 10 criminal arrests.
