The Carbon County Planning Commission made recommendations on the following plans:

• Lou Anthony and Anne C. Sweigart received conditional plan approval for a proposed lot line revision at 34 Hummingbird Lane, Penn Forest Township. The plans call for combining two lots into one 2.028-acre lot.

• Bobbie Jane Properties LLC received plan rejection for a proposed land development at 1340 Interchange Road, Franklin Township until issues with the plans can be adequately mitigated. The plans call for construction of a 9,244-square-foot accessory building to support an existing office building on the site.

• Brian H. and Kim L. Metzger received conditional approval for a proposed lot line revision at the intersection of Chestnut Drive and Towamensing Road, Pocono Beltzville Lakes Estates, Towamensing Township. The plans call for creating one 2.201-acre lot.

• David E. Whiteman received plan rejection for a proposed lot line revision at 865 Owl Creek Road, Towamensing Township. The plans called for combining two lots into one 71.1307-acre lot.
