Coaldale Borough Council released the following reports during its monthly meeting.

• The Coaldale Police Department activities report for June.

Police responded to 118 calls for service, and issued six parking tickets; one non-traffic citation and 11 traffic citations. Officers made four criminal arrests and patrolled a total of 1,543 miles during the month.

• The Coaldale Fire Department June activities report.

The fire department responded to three structure fires, one vehicle accident and one rubbish fire. It answered one public service call, three Quick Response Service calls and two calls for wires down. The department responded to 135 calls in 2024.

Firefighters continue with training and classes.

• Code enforcement report for June.

Luis Negron, code enforcement officer, noted that he sent 18 enforcement letters for property maintenance; condemned seven properties and is investigating 14 properties.
