Penn Forest Township Volunteer Fire Co. #1 will hold a chicken BBQ dinner beginning at 2 p.m. on July 12. The event runs until the meals are sold out.

Meals include a half chicken, cornbread, coleslaw and a baked potato.

Preorders are now being taken at www.pennforestfire.com. Meals can be prepaid via credit card on the website or by cash at the meal pickup.

The fire company is located at 1387 State Route 903, Jim Thorpe.
