The Lehighton Parks and Recreation Board will host its second Music in the Park Concert of the 2024 Series.

The Mudflaps, who play a wide range of songs, will perform at 8 p.m. Saturday in the Lehighton Park Amphitheater.

The group will return to Lehighton to play and honor the legacy of longtime leader Sam Alonge, who passed away earlier this year.

The next Parks & Recreation Board meeting will be held at 7 p.m. July 15 in the Lehighton Municipal Building for anyone interested in joining or volunteering to make these types of Lehighton events bigger and better.
