Lehighton Borough Police Department reported the following incidents:

• Melissa E. Rodriguez, 23, Nesquehoning, was charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness, for an incident at 1:20 a.m. April 20 at Gypsy Hill Garden Apartments.

• Travis Stroup, 55, Danielsville, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, for an incident Feb. 24 along Route 443 in Lehighton.

• Fredrick Hasney, 62, Lehighton, was charged with invasion of privacy, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of small amount of marijuana, for an incident June 9 on North First Street.
