CCEEC to hold native garden program

Carbon County Environmental Education Center, will hold a Native Gardens program at 11 a.m. on Saturday.

Environmental Educator & Naturalist: Katie Fisk will be the presenter.

She will cover why native gardening is so important now more than ever, her journey of the bumps and successes she’s had along the way, and how you can begin your own native gardening journey no matter where you live.

The program is free for CCEEC members, and a $5 donation is requested of non-members.

Registration is required by calling the center at 570-645-8597.

CCEEC is located at 151 E White Bear Drive, Summit Hill.
