The trunk or treat event runs from 6 to 8 p.m. The Western Pocono Women's Club and several other groups will also be involved.There will be a costume contest for children 12 and under, with prizes awarded to scariest, funniest, cutest and most original.Businesses, groups and families are welcome to participate and join the fun. It will be a place to learn from each other and the experiences that come with being the parent/guardian of a child with special needs.
