West Penn Township supervisors took the following action Tuesday morning:

• Agreed to support the floodplain and stormwater management ordinances for the Mahoning Creek Mitigation Bank. The township believes that the project description submitted will be designed to meet the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and FPR’s desired results. The township has deemed the project consistent with the applicable local floodplain and stormwater management ordinances.

• Adopted a resolution authorizing the procedure for sale of an inoperable 2007 Ford Crown Victoria owned by the township.

• Adopted a resolution appointing Jones & Company as the township’s CPA and conducting the audit for 2023.

• Appointed Larry Wittig as the Vacancy Board Chairman.

• Adopted a resolution for destruction of specific township records.
