Elvis Solorzano, 64, of Tamaqua, was cited for public drunkenness on the morning of Jan. 24 by Tamaqua police.

Police were called to a Cedar Street fast food restaurant at 10:38 a.m. and found Solorzano slumped over at a table. As officers checked on him, he woke him up and started to spit on the table.

Police issued the citation and transported Solorzano to his home.
