Lehighton native, Matthew G. Schnell, center, was recently swornin to the Carbon County Bar. Attorney Schnell is a 2007 graduateof Lehighton Area High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history with a specialization in pre-law and graduated magna cum laude from Misericordia University in 2011. He attended the Albany Law School of Union University in Albany, New York, graduating cum laude in May 2014. He is presently practicing at the law firmof Strubinger & Gazo, P.C., in Palmerton. Schnell is the son of Glenn and Diane Schnell of Lehighton. With him during his swearing in are his mother, Diane, and attorney Gerald F. Strubinger Jr.
