The person killed in a two-vehicle crash at 12:45 p.m. on Monday in Lehigh Township, Northampton County, has been identified.

Township police said Elizabeth Kates, 76, of Cherryville, died in the crash. The Northampton County coroner's office said she died of multiple blunt force trauma.Police said Kates' 1993 Subaru Outback and a 2001 Chevrolet 2500 pickup collided along Lehigh Drive (Route 248), between Cashew and Blue Mountain drives. Kates was pronounced dead at the scene.The truck driver, Jonathan Boger, 35, of Allentown, was injured and taken to St. Luke's University Hospital-Bethlehem. The truck is owned by Advance Disposal Services.The investigation into the crash is continuing.
