Susie Gerhard, Marian High School director of development, presented a checkfor $10,000 to Sister Bernard Agnes IHM, Marian principal, following the successful Marian dinner dance held on Oct. 11. The evening included a silent auction, as well as Celtic and classical harp music, performed by Madeline Rose Link. Proceeds from the event will be used to augment the school's operating budget. The dance committee included Tom and Susie Gerhard, Deborah Hurst, Diane Wagner, Renee Srinivasanand Cathy Porambo. Anyone interestedin serving on next year's committee may call 570-467-0641.
