At least one juvenile was arrested this morning after an incident broke out at a Carbon County Alternative Education building.

According to scanner reports, the incident occurred at around 8:45 a.m. at the Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit's Palmerton Alternative Education building, 480 Delaware Ave.Three students were out of control, according to the scanner report. Palmerton Police Department responded to the scene and requested backup.They were assisted at the scene by State Police at Lehighton, Lehighton Police Department, Franklin Township Police Department, and Lehigh Township Police Department.No other information was available at this time.
