Some small streams were flooded, but no major problems were reported.A check this morning showed that even Mahoning Creek, notorious for flooding in the area of Country Club Road, was well below highway level. There was ponding in the road at one section from poor drainage, but not from the river going wild.Locally most areas got between 2 and 3 inches of rain.
